How to Order

We are currently in process of setting up payment gateway. Hence to order: 1. Once you check out your products from the shopping cart and enter your shipping details, you will be directed to shipping options and payment methods. 2. Please select standard shipping under shipping optons and offline payment through paynow / paylah or bank transfer under payment methods. 3. After selecting the shipping and payment options, press the "Proceed now" button 4. Your order will be confirmed and an invoice will be sent to your email mentioned under shipping details. 5. Please paylah or paynow the amount mentioned on the invoice at +65 9050 8090 mentioning order number in the comments. If you prefer bank transfer, bank details are mentioned while checking out. 6. We will contact you within an hour of receiving the payment, confirming the order and the payment as well as update you with the delivery details. 7. Shipping & Delivery

The following options are available: 1. We are located at Bukit Merah Central, Singapore. You are welcome to drop by to take a look and buy from us. For appointment, please call +65 90508090 2. Delivery within Singapore is done through Ninjavan or Qexpress at a delivery fee of $5. 3. Delivery outside Singapore will be done through Easy Ship. Please drop us a message at belbuti@yahoo.com to enquire about the shipping rates.

Tracking your Order

1. Once delivery is arranged, a tracking number will be shared with you through which you can track your order. 2. It normally takes up to 3 working days for your order to be delivered. 3. Delivery is normally done on weekdays between 10am to 7pm. Please provide an address, where someone is available to take the delivery during weekdays.

Return Policy

1. Once an order is dispatched, returns are only entertained in case the product delivered is defective or not as per the product description mentioned on the website. 2. Returns due to change of mind is not allowed due to hygiene purposes and also because this raises the cost of logistics. 3. Customers are advised to read the product description for dimensions etc to make sure that the product meets their requirements.
